Graduate Architect / Architectural Designer

A highly regarded design-led architecture studio based in Byron Bay is seeking a Graduate Architect or Architectural Designer to join its growing team. The practice works across high-end residential and boutique commercial projects throughout the Northern Rivers, with additional international work in Indonesia and Africa.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated junior designer looking to gain hands-on experience within a collaborative studio environment and work closely with senior architects across all stages of projects.

About the Studio:

The studio is made up of a close-knit team of approximately 10 architects and designers and is intentionally focused on building out its junior and mid-level talent. The environment is collaborative, supportive, and design-driven, with exposure to premium projects and clients.

The Role You will assist across a variety of project stages including:

Concept design and design development
Presentation packages and client material
Documentation and consultant coordination
DA and construction documentation
Interior architecture and detailing
Site and project support alongside senior team member

Skills & Experience

Degree in Architecture or related qualification
Graduate architects and junior designers encouraged to apply
Proficiency in ArchiCAD is essential
Strong design eye and attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Passion for high-end residential architecture
Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced studio environment
