We are expanding our project execution team and looking for a skilled Project Engineer to manage and deliver high-standard site operations.

Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Engineer to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of GRC/GRP/GRG projects. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between design, production, and site teams while maintaining quality, safety, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project execution for GRC / GRP / GRG works
Coordinate with design, production, and site teams
Review technical drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications
Monitor site progress and ensure timely project delivery
Supervise installation activities and resolve site issues
Ensure quality control and compliance with project standards
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
Manage manpower planning and site resources effectively
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and procedures

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum 2–4 years GCC experience in construction/GRC/GRP/GRG projects
Strong knowledge of site execution and project coordination
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
Ability to manage multiple site activities under pressure

Preferred Skills

Experience in GRC façade / architectural projects
UAE construction project exposure
Knowledge of project scheduling and site reporting
Strong coordination with multidisciplinary teams
