Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to lead architectural design and project management for interior and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both architectural design and project execution, with a focus on creating innovative and client-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design and project management for interior and construction projects from conceptualization to completion.
Develop and present design concepts and proposals to clients, ensuring alignment with their vision and requirements.
Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications using AutoCAD 2D and 3D software.
Utilize 3D software, including SketchUp, to generate visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs of design concepts.
Prepare and present compelling design presentations and materials for client meetings and project pitches.
Utilize Microsoft Office suite for seamless project documentation, reporting, and communication.
Enhance and manipulate design visuals using Adobe Photoshop to create high-quality presentations.
Collaborate with internal and external teams, including engineers, contractors, and vendors, to ensure effective project execution and timely delivery.
Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architecture, interior design, and construction.
Develop creative and sustainable design solutions to meet client objectives, budgetary constraints, and project timelines.

Qualifications and Experience:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design and project management, specifically within interior design and construction projects.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D and 3D) for creating detailed architectural plans and designs.
Experience with 3D modeling software such as SketchUp.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for design visual enhancements.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite for project documentation, reporting, and communication.
