Responsibilities:

Prepare and review closing documents for accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate with clients, lenders, and real estate agents to facilitate closings.
Conduct title searches and resolve any title issues prior to closing.
Manage communication between all parties involved in the transaction.
Assist in the preparation of settlement statements and disclosures.
Ensure all necessary documents are collected and organized for closings.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the closing process.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of experience in real estate closings or title processing.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SoftPro Select closing software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
