We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing Construction team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys outbound calling, and is motivated by uncovering new business opportunities.

You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our prospective clients, creating qualified leads and booking meaningful meetings for our Estimating Team.

This is not a closing/sales role; your success comes from opening doors, not closing deals.
This is a fully office‑based role, not hybrid.

What You’ll Be Doing

Making 25–50 outbound calls per day to professionals such as Site Managers, Project Managers, QS Managers, Estimators, Pre‑Construction teams, Buyers and H&S leads within the Construction sector.
Speaking with around 18 decision‑makers per day once settled into the role.
Building strong relationships by asking smart, targeted questions.
Using LinkedIn and other tools to research and source new contacts.
Tracking down upcoming projects and identifying where we can support clients on site.
Securing high‑quality leads and arranging meetings for our Estimating Team.
Working towards KPIs and contributing positively to a collaborative, values‑driven team culture.

Previous experience in outbound calling, business development or a sales environment.
Confident, articulate and clear speaking voice with the ability to create rapport quickly.
Resilience, persistence and a proactive attitude.
Smart, professional appearance and strong communication skills.
Prepared and well‑researched, someone who takes initiative.
Strong work ethic.
