We’re growing and currently seeking a reliable and motivated
Installation Helper to join our team! This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to build a career in installation and home improvement.
What You’ll Do:
As an Installation Helper, you will support our experienced Installers on job sites and learn the ins and outs of the installation process. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the installation of custom closets, offices, garages, pantries, Murphy beds, and more
- Learning to read job paperwork and inventory all materials needed for each project
- Using tools and equipment safely and efficiently (training provided)
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving on-site with guidance from lead Installers
- Maintaining a clean and organized work truck and job site
What We’re Looking For:
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle report
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Positive attitude and great customer service skills
- Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
