Electrical Construction Recruiter
This opening is for a Recruiter specializing in Electrical Commercial Construction. The ideal candidate is someone ambitious to support company growth and overall team success.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Experience using recruiting software and/or ATS platforms.
- Min 5 years of experience in electrical construction recruiting.
- Excellent communication skills, self-starter, and passionate about your job.
- Strong organizational skills, punctual in nature, and ability to make independent decisions.
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to work in Texas / USA.
Responsibilities:
- The Commercial Electrical Construction Recruiter is responsible for full cycle recruitment strategies to fill various professional positions including Apprentice, Journeyman, Superintendent, and Project Managers.
- Build a pipeline of potential candidates with an ATS Platform or similar using recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Ability to independently analyze candidates and their experience.
- Conduct initial interview screening and obtain pre-qual form, coordinate next interview with leadership, assist in offers/negotiation/onboarding schedules as needed.
- Partner with leadership to define roles and responsibilities for candidates depending on company workforce requirements.
- Ability to document daily/weekly KPIs such candidate contacts, interviews, offers etc.
