Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated Residential Designer / Draftsman to join our team. This role involves creating and developing residential floor plans, elevations, and construction drawings for custom homes and remodel projects.
This is a work-from-home position with working hours from 8 – 5PM.
Responsibilities
· Draft residential floor plans, elevations, and construction documents
· Translate markups, sketches, and concepts into clean CAD drawings
· Assist in design development for custom homes and remodels
· Revise plans based on client and builder feedback
· Maintain organized project files and timelines
· Collaborating with team members to meet deadlines
Qualifications
· 4 – 5 years of experience in residential drafting/design (AutoCAD preferred)
· Strong understanding of residential construction and layout design
· Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
· Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
· Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
Compensation & Benefits
· Salary: $50,000 – $80,000 (based on experience)
