Role Overview
At VIATechnik, we're redefining how infrastructure projects are designed, coordinated, and delivered. We're looking for a BIM / VDC Detailer, Civil who wants to go beyond drafting and play a key role in building intelligent, constructible models that directly impact real-world outcomes.

What You'll Do
- Build and deliver high-quality Civil 3D models for grading, drainage, and utility systems
- Translate engineering concepts into constructible, field-ready models and drawings
- Support clash detection and coordination across civil, structural, and MEP systems using Navisworks
- Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and project teams to ensure real-world constructability
- Contribute to standards, QA/QC processes, and digital delivery workflows
- Leverage automation, scripting, and AI tools to improve speed, accuracy, and model intelligence

What You Bring
- Experience with Civil 3D modeling (surfaces, corridors, alignments, utilities)
- Understanding of civil site design, grading, and drainage systems

The Bottom Line

Compensation and featured benefits:
- The pay for this position is $65,000 - $80,000, and the role is eligible for bonuses. The actual salary offer may be different as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, location, and experience
- Health insurance with the choice of five plan options. We cover 70-95% of premiums for VIATechies and 65% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plan chosen)
- Dental and vision insurance. We cover up to 75% of the monthly insurance premiums for VIATechies and up to 50% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plans chosen)
