We are seeking an experienced, technically-minded Interior Architect for a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL. Responsibilities include conceptualizing, designing, and executing creative and functional interior spaces for residential and commercial projects. The role focuses on high-end residential/commercial projects with a heavy emphasis on custom millwork and bespoke detailing. The role involves space planning, creating architectural drawings, overseeing interior fit-outs, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring projects align with the design vision and client expectations. Collaboration with the creative team and adherence to project deadlines will also be key components of this position.
Qualifications
- Experience in Architecture and Interior Architecture
- Knowledge of Interior Fit-out processes, materials, and construction methods
- Experience in construction documents
- Proven experience in millwork detailing and joinery.
- Strong attention to detail and an innovative approach to design
- Proficiency in design software tools such as AutoCAD or SketchUp.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
Responsiblities
- Develop detailed construction sets and millwork drawing packages.
