Job title: Building Engineer
Duration: 5 Months
Location: Issaquah, WA 98029
Hours: M-F 7:30am - 4pm with some on-call work as OT
About the Role:
- As a Building Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and repairing building system operations and the performance of various areas including plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling.
- This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:
- Multi-use facility
- 135,000 sq feet, 2 story office building
Team Overview:
- This is independent work but will report into the FM
Resource's typical working day:
- PM's on HVAC equipment
- General maintenance work/PM's
- Moving furniture
- Ceiling tile repair
- Basic electrical work
- Basic plumbing
- Maintain refrigeration/freezers
- Set up for events
Licenses/Certifications:
- 06A license - Required
- Universal Refrigerant license - Required
- City of Seattle Refrigerant license - Highly preferred
