Role Description
Kobann Aluminium is seeking a skilled Aluminum Site Engineer to join our team in a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm El Maadi. The successful candidate will manage aluminum delivery, installation and handover of projects, oversee quality control, and ensure compliance with plans and specifications. Daily responsibilities include supervising delivery and installation activities, resolving site issues, and coordinating with contractors, clients, and team members. The role also requires ensuring adherence to safety standards and timelines, while maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in onsite project management and supervision
- Very strong experience in aluminum doors & windows / facade works / Louvers / Skylight
- Very strong experience in aluminum profiles
- Very strong experience in aluminum system providers
- Proficiency in Communication and the ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Expertise in Quality Control, ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards
- Strong foundation in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles, particularly as they relate to aluminum projects
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field
- Familiarity with aluminum systems and construction is a plus
