Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sligo for an Architect [Part 2 or 3] or Architectural Technologist. The selected candidate will contribute to architectural design processes, manage projects through various stages, and collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality solutions. Daily responsibilities include producing architectural drawings, developing design concepts, coordinating with consultants, ensuring projects meet client needs, and adhering to deadlines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Experience in Project Management and overseeing project timelines
- Competence in Software Development and Integration for architectural tools and platforms
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the residential and/or commercial sectors is advantageous
- Knowledge of local building regulations and sustainable practices is a plus
- Relevant professional qualifications in Architecture or Architectural Technology
