Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Buildings Business Unit by recruiting a BIM Coordinator for the Building Information Modeling division, based at our Lisbon office.
With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in BIM model coordination processes within multidisciplinary building projects
- Support the development of BIM routines and workflows, including automation through programming tools
- Assist in the coordination between different disciplines, ensuring consistency and alignment of models
- Support the management and guidance of more junior team members
- Collaborate in the creation and development of production methods, templates, and BIM procedures
Profile:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in BIM coordination or similar roles
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and solid understanding of BIM methodologies
- Knowledge of other BIM tools and programming (e.g. Dynamo, Python) is a plus
- Strong ability to work across different types of projects and adapt to new challenges
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility
- Good communication skills and a collaborative team spirit
