Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pasig for a Façade Designer (CAD Tech3). The Façade Designer will be responsible for producing detailed shop drawings and 3D models for facade and cladding projects. The position includes developing facade designs, working closely with architects and contractors to ensure project goals are met, and incorporating engineering input to deliver fully integrated facade solutions. Collaboration and precision in technical drafting are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in creating Shop Drawings and working knowledge of technical drafting tools and software.
- Experience in Facade and Facade Design to develop functional and aesthetically pleasing solutions.
- Knowledge of Cladding and Glazing techniques and materials.
- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering plans for seamless project integration.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills for working with cross-disciplinary project stakeholders.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling and BIM technologies is a plus.
- Technical diploma, degree, or equivalent in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in facade design or similar industries will be an advantage.
