Responsibilities
- Delivering architectural design and suggesting solution to cross-discipline problems
- Preparing architectural drawings using CAD/BIM software
- Preparing BIM models of buildings and site
- Providing architectural visualizations
- Writing or updating technical specifications
- When licensed signing and stamping design documentation for the location covered by the license
- When leading a team responsible for delivering team's assigned tasks on time, coordinated, and in good quality
- When leading a team responsible for work planning, managing budget and change, and reporting progress of the design team
- Contacting a customer, performing presentations for a customer
- Cooperating and coordinating design within the architectural team, with engineers of other disciplines and other stakeholders
- Coordinating own work product for compliance with established standard, checking quality of work of other team members and providing formal sign-off
- Performing self-checks and formal checks, being prepared to answer audit questions
- Expanding knowledge of applicable building regulations and design standards
- Supporting and developing junior architectural staff
- Design and engineering works related to access to classified data within Classified Information Office

Here's what you'll need
- Master’s degree in architecture
- 5-11 years of relevant experience
- English language skills minimum at intermediate level (B2 in EU)
- Professional license in architecture
- Experience in leading small size projects
- Good knowledge of building techniques, building codes and standards (Polish and USA or UK) and basic knowledge of other engineering disciplines
- Very good skills in architectural software (Revit or AECOsim, AutoCAD or MicroStation, Sketchup) and Microsoft Office suite
- Well organized, responsible, good team player, good communication skills
- Ability and willingness to travel in business, conducting meetings with a client
