Project Architect who is ready to take increased ownership of technical delivery, coordination, and design execution across a range of architectural projects.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in advancing projects from concept through construction—working closely with project managers, senior architects, and multidisciplinary teams. You’ll contribute to design development, lead portions of the documentation process, and support coordination with consultants and clients. What You’ll Do
- Contribute to architectural design and technical production across all phases of project delivery—from concept through construction
- Lead portions of design development and construction documentation, ensuring technical quality and consistency
- Prepare and coordinate drawings, models, and technical documentation using Revit and other digital delivery tools
- Support code analysis, zoning review, material selection, detailing, and constructability considerations
- Coordinate with internal disciplines including engineering, planning, interiors, and digital delivery teams
- Participate in and support client presentations, design reviews, and consultant coordination meetings
- Assist with project planning, documentation standards, and quality control processes
- Support construction administration activities, including submittal and RFI reviews, site visits, and field coordination
- Collaborate in a team‑oriented environment while continuing to build technical expertise and professional judgment
Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- 3+ years of professional architectural experience with exposure to full project lifecycles
- Proficiency in Revit (and AutoCAD) for architectural documentation and coordination
- Working knowledge of building codes, technical detailing, and architectural systems
- Experience coordinating with consultants and internal multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
- Actively pursuing (or interest in pursuing) architectural licensure
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
- Experience working on projects in the New York metropolitan area
- Exposure to BIM coordination and multidisciplinary workflows
- Experience with digital modeling and visualization tools such as Rhino, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with Bentley tools such as OpenBuildings and ProjectWise
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles or experience supporting LEED/WELL documentation
- A well‑organized design portfolio demonstrating both technical rigor and design intent

The base salary range for this position is $85,100.00 to $107,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
