Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid Facade Designer role based in Warrington, with flexibility for some remote work. The Facade Designer will be responsible for creating detailed facade designs, preparing shop drawings, and overseeing plans for cladding and glazing installations. The role includes collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure innovative, feasible, and compliant designs that align with project requirements and company standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Facade Design and knowledge of Facade systems
- Experience in preparing Shop Drawings for cladding and glazing projects
- Knowledge of Cladding systems, including rainscreen cladding and other industry-standard solutions
- Experience with Glazing systems and installation processes
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet project deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant educational qualifications in design, architecture, or engineering
- Familiarity with regulations and standards within the facade and cladding industry
