About the Project:
This role is part of a landmark masterplan development reshaping Belgrade’s skyline, comprising high-end residential, retail, and commercial buildings. The contractor is delivering multiple residential towers ranging from 3+G+7 to 15 floors, with a strong emphasis on façade quality and performance.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Façade Engineer to manage the execution, coordination, and quality control of façade systems across the project. This role involves close coordination with structural, waterproofing, and MEP teams to ensure seamless integration and high-quality delivery of façade works.
The ideal candidate will come from a major contractor or façade specialist background, with strong experience in high-rise residential or mixed-use developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and approve façade shop drawings, materials, samples, and mock-ups
- Coordinate façade installation sequencing in line with the construction programme
- Monitor façade works to ensure compliance with design intent, specifications, and tolerances
- Control materials, workmanship, and installation quality on site
- Coordinate interfaces between façade, structure, waterproofing, and MEP systems
- Support façade testing, inspections, approvals, and handover processes
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to façade systems and execution
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
- 8–12+ years of experience in façade engineering and execution
- Strong experience with curtain wall, cladding, and façade systems
- Background working with major contractors or reputable façade specialists
- Experience in high-rise, luxury residential or mixed-use projects
- Strong understanding of façade design, installation, and quality control
- Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills
