We are hiring a Technical Architect to lead the review and coordination of IFC architectural and interior design packages and oversee our drafting team.

Key Responsibilities
• Review and finalize IFC drawings (architecture + interiors)
• Ensure drawings are coordinated, buildable, and aligned with design intent
• Develop and review technical details (joinery, wet areas, facade interfaces)
• Coordinate with MEP, structural, and specialist consultants
• Manage and guide draftsmen/BIM team to deliver high-quality documentation
• Support site with RFIs and shop drawing reviews

Requirements
• 5 years minimum experience in technical architecture / IFC documentation
• Strong skills in AutoCAD + Revit
• Experience in hospitality or high-end residential projects
• Strong coordination and detailing capabilities
