Building Engineer
Washington area Property Management firm located in Tysons, VA is seeking a fully qualified and trained lead building engineer for Large Reston, VA property (1 million+). Must be able to service and repair self-contained VAV A/C systems, building automation systems, water source heat pumps and have experience with staff supervision and training and is self-sufficient working with minimal oversight. Must be skilled in Microsoft applications and be fully computer literate. The individual should have a minimum of 7 years experience.
