About The Role
The Station Architect develops and coordinates architectural designs for stations and associated facilities, ensuring they are functional, safe, accessible, and visually coherent. The role supports project objectives by aligning design solutions with user needs, technical standards, and cost considerations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, survey and investigation of the present condition of the concerned stations
- Prepare design on station architecture and square in coordination with station facilities and buildings
- Prepare pay items and their quantities of station architecture and square in line with project standards
- Assist in preparation of cost estimate, technical specifications and reports for station architectural works and related infrastructure
About You
- At least a graduate in Bachelor’s in architecture or an equivalent degree in a related field/ subject
- Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field (railway projects)
- Professional experience in architectural design, detail working drawings, drafting, and site supervision for large-scale infrastructure and building projects
- Contributed as architect in multiple railway and Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) projects
- Demonstrated expertise in station and building design, ensuring integration with railway facilities, technical standards, and user requirements
- Familiar with cost estimation and bidding assistance for architectural components of railway and station projects
