Position Objective: The BIM Finalization Specialist is responsible for preparing Revit content for production use across the organization as well as creating families. This role ensures BIM content is clean, consistent, and aligned with company standards prior to release. This position may be 100% remote; hybrid; or full-time in the office depending on the individual. The salary range is $70k to $85k. Benefits include 401k and medical, dental, vision, and life insurance for employee and eligible dependents.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Refine and finalize Revit families for production use
- Clean up parameters, types and naming conventions
- Ensure alignment with BIM standards and templates
- Prepare content for QA/QC testing
- Integrate approved content into the build template
- Coordinate with the BIM team to resolve issues
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Educational Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Revit
- Understanding of family parameters and structure
- Familiarity with Autodesk Docs and Desktop Connector file management workflows
- Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience
Job Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a workstation and working on a computer
- Frequent use of hands and arms to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and drafting tools; repetitive hand/wrist motions
- Ability to view and interpret detailed drawings, schematics and specifications; ability to work on a computer monitor for extended periods of time; close vision required for precision work
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check (following a conditional offer of employment)
