Meraki Group is seeking an experienced and capable
Façade Site Supervisor to join our dedicated team. This role is crucial for overseeing the installation of façade systems on-site, ensuring that all work complies with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. You will play a pivotal role in leading teams of workers, managing daily operations, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities related to the installation of façade systems
- Inspect work-in-progress to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols
- Lead, mentor, and guide installation teams while promoting a positive and productive work environment
- Plan and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and team members to address issues and provide updates on progress
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including work performed, labor hours, and materials used
- Enforce safety and health regulations on-site, conducting regular safety meetings and audits
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervising site operations, particularly in façade installation
- Strong understanding of façade systems, construction processes, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and troubleshoot issues effectively on-site
