This role requires someone who is equally comfortable at a high level and in the details—able to contribute to design direction while also stepping into production (including DP-level drawings) if needed.
This role suits someone who enjoys being involved, contributing ideas, and taking responsibility—not just executing tasks.
You will be involved in:

- Consultant coordination
- Bylaw and building code review
- Internal process improvement and workflow development
- Exploring and integrating AI and emerging tools into workflows
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Has 5+ years of experience in an architectural practice
- Is organized, reliable, and proactive
- Communicates clearly and is comfortable working with clients and consultants
- Can confidently contribute across both design and production, including drawing packages when needed
- Has experience with residential and/or commercial projects
- Understands basic building systems and wood-frame construction
- Enjoys working in a small, collaborative studio environment
- Is interested in improving how we work, including exploring new tools and technologies
Software Experience
Experience with the following is beneficial:
- Revit (required)
- SketchUp (preferred)
- Adobe InDesign
- Enscape or similar visualization tools
- AutoCAD (basic working knowledge)
- Other visualization or presentation tools
What We Offer
- Flexible or structured work schedules
- Work-from-home days
- Mentorship from the Principal Architect
- Exposure to all phases of practice
- Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development
- Opportunity to take on increasing responsibility and leadership
