A leading AJ100 practice based in Clerkenwell is seeking several experienced Architects to join their growing team.
This large practice is renowned for their UK housing projects, as well as student accommodation and later living projects. The practice works on a mix of high rise and low density housing projects across the country, as well as more technically challenging residential retrofit and recladding schemes.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver technically robust housing packages from Stage 3 to construction
- Produce and coordinate detailed Revit drawings for UK residential projects
- Resolve building regulations, compliance, and construction detailing issues
- Coordinate consultants and manage technical information across the project
- Support projects through pre‑construction and on site technical delivery
Requirements:
- ARB‑registered Architect with around 5 years’ post‑qualification UK experience
- Strong track record delivering UK housing projects through technical stages
- Highly proficient in Revit, working confidently within BIM workflows
- Excellent technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations and residential standards
- Experienced across RIBA Stages 3 to 5, producing coordinated technical packages
- Full right to live and work in the UK, sponsorship not available
