Architect
We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Residential Projects, Planning, Design, and Construction. Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is a must.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop residential projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery
- Prepare and present project plans, designs, and reports to stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design and construction standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture (B. Arch)
- 3-6 years of experience in residential project planning, design, and construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent communication and project management skills
