$95,000 - $120,000 annually Pay:
1100 Architect is currently seeking full-time architects with design experience on all phases of architectural projects. Candidates must have skill in construction detailing.
Qualifications For This Position Include
- A professional degree in architecture from an accredited institution;
- Architectural Registration preferred;
- Minimum 8 years of post-professional experience, including experience in Construction Administration;
- Ability to develop creative design concepts and translate them into effective construction documents;
- Ability to think critically, communicate clearly, and possess the potential to develop management skills;
- Solid knowledge of construction materials, finishes and details;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong software skills; REVIT experience is a must;
- Agility and flexibility - must be a team player that can handle multiple tasks;
- A desire to learn and lead, ability to engage project captain role immediately.
