About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
BIM Modeler (Engineering) to join our Design Engineering team. In this role, you will develop accurate, coordinated, and construction-ready 3D models that support project execution and product innovation.
You will play a key role in ensuring designs are fully integrated, clash-free, and aligned with customer and project requirements.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Onshape
- Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to create coordinated system models
- Perform BIM modeling and clash detection to identify and resolve coordination issues
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure model accuracy and constructability
- Generate construction documents, material takeoffs, and fabrication drawings derived from BIM data
- Maintain BIM standards, file organization, and version control protocols
- Support and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and company-wide modeling standards
- Update models based on design revisions, RFIs, and field markups
- Participate in coordination meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of modeling workflows

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BIM technologies and industry best practices
- Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders to resolve issues
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Support QA/QC processes and continuous improvement initiatives
- Comply with all company policies, including the Code of Conduct and Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
- Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal product compliance requirements.
- Support all activities required to meet Compliance Management System goals.
- Raise any compliance-related concerns to a supervisor, manager, Leadership Team member, or through the confidential whistleblower service.
What You'll Bring - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5 years of BIM modeling and coordination experience
- Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills, including BIM modeling and clash detection
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- Onshape
- Navisworks (preferred)
- Experience generating construction documents, material takeoffs, and fabrication drawings from BIM models
- Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems integration
- BIM Certification preferred (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
