Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Building Engineer for a full-time, on-site position in Cincinnati, OH. The Building Engineer will be responsible for daily operational support, building maintenance, plumbing, repairs, and preventive maintenance. This role also encompasses facility management tasks to ensure that all systems, equipment, and infrastructure function optimally. The Building Engineer will play a critical role in upholding safety standards and delivering exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Building Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure efficient and safe facility operations.
- Strong HVAC and Electrical skills.
- Skills in Plumbing and Maintenance & Repair for addressing routine and emergency issues effectively.
- Knowledge of Facility Management (FM) practices and the ability to oversee operational needs cohesively.
- Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Maintenance in High Rise Commercial Buildings preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training in related fields preferred.
- Previous experience working in building engineering or facility management roles is a plus.
