Role Description
Quantum Aluminum & Glass Industries LLC is seeking an experienced *Technical Director – Façade Engineering & BIM* to lead and manage the company’s technical engineering operations, BIM coordination, façade system development, and project technical execution.
The candidate will oversee façade engineering workflows, shop drawings, BIM coordination, fabrication detailing, and technical collaboration with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams across high-end aluminium and glass projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead Technical & BIM departments
* Manage façade engineering and system coordination
* Oversee shop drawings and fabrication coordination
* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
* Drive value engineering and system optimization
* Ensure compliance with ASTM, AAMA, CWCT, and UAE standards
* Support innovation, digital fabrication, and advanced engineering workflows

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Façade Engineering, or related field
* 12–15+ years of façade engineering and technical leadership experience
* Strong UAE/GCC façade industry experience
* Expertise in curtain wall, glazing, and aluminium systems
* Advanced BIM & Revit coordination experience
* Experience in high-rise and complex façade projects
* Strong leadership and technical management skills
