We’re Hiring: Intermediate Architect (5–6 Years Experience)
Maysan Properties SAOC is expanding! We are looking for a talented, technically strong, and design-driven Intermediate Architect to join our team in the beautiful Sultanate of Oman.

The Role:
In this position, you won't just draw plans—you will help shape high-end spaces. You will take ownership of design development, technical coordination, and seamless project delivery for luxury residential and large-scale projects.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 5–6 years of professional experience in an architectural firm (strong portfolio in luxury residential villas and large-scale buildings is a must).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Technical Grip: Strong knowledge of construction detailing, building systems, and structural/MEP consultant coordination.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, sharp problem-solving abilities, and strong project management skills.
- Local Insight: Knowledge of Omani regulations, local materials, and regional construction practices is highly preferred.
