Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Oconomowoc, WI, for an Architect/Designer. The Architect/Designer will be responsible for developing architectural designs, overseeing project plans, and managing overall project development from concept to execution. This role includes collaborating with clients and internal teams, creating and integrating architectural drawings and specifications, and ensuring projects align with client goals, timelines, and budgets. Collaboration and attention to detail are essential as the Architect/Designer will play a key role in delivering transformative designs that meet Rigsby Group's high standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, organization, and execution of construction projects
- Knowledge of Software Development and the integration of technology within architectural workflows
- Proficiency in software tools relevant to design and construction practices
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Comprehensive understanding of construction codes, materials, and methods
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, licensure in architecture a plus, but not required
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects effectively through the the design phase
- Prior experience in residential and light-commercial project design required
- Experienced in guiding client through interior selections within the designs created to enhance the high-level of creativity and functionality.
- Deadline driven mindset to meet client expectations and manage team to work together in meeting those expectations together.
