Job Title: Chief Bldg Engineer (Data Center Manager)
Location: Princeton, NJ
Duration: 7 Months
Shift : M-F 8am - 5pm, but may have some additional hours outside of regular hours to assist

Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:
- Candidate will be working in a 180,000 sq. ft data center, 7.5 mega watts
- This is a client facing role
Team Overview:
Candidate may have people reporting to them.
Resource's typical working day:
- Check in daily with on site teams
- Reviewing BMS alarms and logs
- Daily walkthroughs and solutioning for problems
- Working with client to give updates on activities that happen
Licenses/Certifications:
- EPA 608 or Universal license not required but highly preferred
- Any Safety or OSHA certifications highly preferred
Must Have Skills:
- Heavy data center experience
- Experience in critical environment
- Experience in EOPs, MOPs, and SOPs
- Electrical experience
- Mechanical experience
- Project work
- Ability to document project completion
- Managing teams of 5 or more people
Nice to have skills:
- Heavy electrical experience
- Heavy mechanical experience
- Heavy project experience
Soft Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professionalism
Years of Experience:
Education
- h.s. diploma or GED, Trade School highly preferred
Software skills:
Microsoft Office Suite
