Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Architect with 15+ years of experience to lead and contribute to hospitality-focused interiors projects
This role is ideal for a design-driven architect who brings a refined sensibility to interiors, understands luxury hospitality standards, and can lead projects from concept through execution while maintaining design integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of hospitality interiors projects, including high-end residential and resort work
- Translate design concepts into highly resolved, buildable solutions
- Oversee project development across all phases: concept, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, consultants, and clients
- Maintain a strong focus on materiality, detailing, and spatial experience
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to studio-wide design culture
- Coordinate with contractors and support construction administration efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- 15+ years of professional experience, with a strong focus on hospitality interiors
- Demonstrated experience with high-end residential and/or resort projects
- Licensed architect (or actively pursuing licensure) preferred
- Strong design portfolio showcasing refined interiors and detailing
Skills & Tools
- Proficiency in Revit (required)
- Experience with AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong graphic communication and presentation skills
- High level of attention to detail and material understanding
