With eight design studios spread around the world, chances are you’ve seen our work before.
We work across architecture, landscape architecture, interior design and urban design - a rich multi-disciplinary mix of skills and perspectives that unlocks the economic, social and cultural value of projects.
We combine our creative design expertise with capabilities in strategy, research, technology and experience design, and we regularly collaborate with experts and partners from further afield.
Through our work, we're trying to build a more inclusive, sustainable future for communities - and create a more socially and ecologically resilient world.
We’re looking for an Architect who enjoys working closely with teams, contributing across project delivery, and continuing to build their experience on complex public infrastructure projects.
This role offers the opportunity to work across a range of civic and transport-related projects within our Perth studio, as part of small, collaborative project teams alongside experienced leaders.
You’ll work closely with the Principal in Charge, gaining exposure to project coordination, stakeholder engagement, technical delivery, and multidisciplinary collaboration within a supportive studio environment.
What You’ll Be Working On
Initially, you’ll support delivery and coordination within focused project teams. This will provide exposure to:
- Complex stakeholder and consultant environments
- Project delivery and documentation
- Coordination across architecture and specialist disciplines
- Client communication and project team collaboration
- Revit-based project delivery on complex projects
As projects progress, there will also be opportunities to become involved in larger public infrastructure work, including transport and civic projects.
This role is well suited to someone looking to continue developing their technical capability while gradually building confidence in project leadership and coordination responsibilities.
What We’re Looking For
We’re interested in people who bring:
- Architectural project experience across design and delivery phases
- Strong Revit capability and documentation experience
- Registered Architect, or eligibility for registration in Australia
- Experience working within collaborative multidisciplinary teams
- A proactive and detail-focused approach to project delivery
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Genuine interest in progressive, future-focused design
- Currently based in Perth or available to relocate and have full work rights in Australia.
- Interest in aviation, transport, infrastructure, or civic projects
You may currently be working as an Architect or emerging Senior Architect and looking for the next step in your career within a supportive and design-led environment.
