Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Kozhikode. The Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design concepts, overseeing project development, ensuring functional integration of architectural designs, and effectively managing projects from initiation to completion. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, the Architect will drive innovative ideas and ensure the successful execution of design solutions while adhering to established timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Expertise in Architectural Design and Architecture, including design development and technical detailing
- Knowledge and experience in Software Development and Integration as applied to architectural technology
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, organizing, and overseeing project execution
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in design software tools and visualization techniques
- Advanced degree or professional qualification in Architecture or a related field
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and an aptitude for innovative problem-solving are advantageous
