You as a Project Engineer!

We’re looking for someone with initiative, strong communication skills, and a passion for smart aluminium façade solutions for project and high‑rise construction.
What You Will Do
- You develop tailor‑made technical solutions perfectly aligned with the requirements of each project.
- With your drive and creative insight, you effortlessly translate complex architectural challenges into safe, high‑performance and visually strong solutions.
- You advise on cost structure, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and build professional relationships with ease.
- Once a project receives the green light, you take ownership of the technical follow‑up throughout the execution phase.
- You act as the technical point of contact for the technical drafter who creates specifications and extrusion drawings.
- You prepare project articles, production details, and assembly instructions.
- You guide test phases and first-time setups, ensuring full technical compliance.
- You are never on your own: you receive training, coaching, and support from a team of experienced Project Engineers.
- You work closely with our R&D department and Technology Centre to follow up on technical test campaigns, including Air‑Wind‑Water tests.
- You work with tools such as AutoCAD (2D), Inventor (3D), RSTAB and RFEM.
Who You Are
- You have at least 5 years of technical experience in the construction sector.
- You hold a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Electromechanics, though motivated Bachelor graduates with the right experience are also welcome.
- You thrive in an international environment and communicate fluently in English.
- You are customer‑oriented and strive for 100% satisfaction.
- You are willing to travel abroad — on average around 3 times per year after your onboarding period.
- You have an advanced background in AutoCAD/Inventor and structural analysis software and can apply these tools effectively in complex projects.
