Role Description
We're expanding internationally and looking for passionate Interior Architects to join our team — either as permanent hires or as freelancers. You'll work on hotels, restaurants, offices and global cruise ship projects alongside an energetic, collaborative team.
This role can be hybrid and flexible, so we welcome applications from candidates across Europe. Our working language is English.
What you'll do:
- Develop interior concepts from initial vision to detailed design
- Lead and contribute to international hospitality, workspace and travel projects
- Produce drawings, 3D visualizations and specifications in ArchiCAD
- Collaborate directly with clients and multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications
- Degree in interior architecture, architecture or a related field
- Proven experience in interior design, ideally in hospitality, hotels or workspaces
- ArhiCAD skills
- Solid digital design toolkit
- Initiative, client-focused mindset, courage to bring bold ideas
- Fluent English (Finnish not required)
