Newly Qualified Architect | Long-term development within a growing practice
Central London | £37,000 – £42,000 (DOE) | Permanent | Hybrid Working
The practice, a small team of about 10 people, works across residential, mixed-use, commercial, co-living and heritage sectors, delivering carefully crafted projects with a strong emphasis on contextual architecture, natural materials and timeless design quality. Projects span all RIBA stages from concept through to delivery.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified Architect looking to become a more well-rounded designer and technically capable Architect within a respected studio environment. The role would particularly suit someone wanting exposure across multiple sectors, whilst also gaining a stronger understanding of how projects develop through the different RIBA stages in practice.
You would work closely with senior team members across both design and technical stages, contributing to planning, coordination, delivery packages and construction-focused work, making it a strong long-term developmental role for someone early in their career.
Key Requirements:
- 0–2 years post-Part 3 experience
- Strong portfolio with good design sensibility
- Experience across RIBA Stages 3–4 beneficial
- Good understanding of UK Planning & Building Regulations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Revit beneficial
- MicroStation beneficial (training can be provided internally)
- SketchUp + V-Ray experience
- Interest in design-led residential, commercial and heritage architecture
