SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role)
Independently handle BIM modeling tasks, provide technical guidance to junior modelers, and ensure model quality and coordination.
SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop and manage discipline-specific BIM models.
- Conduct model validation, quality checks, and ensure clash-free models.
- Extract drawings, BOQs, and support project documentation.
- Mentor junior modelers and ensure adherence to BIM standards.
- Coordinate with BIM leads and engineers for project deliverables.

- Senior Modelers – Task assignment and model review
- BIM Coordinators – Model updates and issue tracking

Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Civil / Architecture / Mechanical / Electrical
Language Skills
- English, Regional Language (Preferred)
Experience
Years of Experience
- 5–8 years of BIM modeling experience.
Nature of
Experience
- Freshers or those with internship/entry-level exposure to BIM modeling in buildings or infrastructure
