Job Description
- Preparation of architectural studies for projects, including architectural drawings.
- Preparation of tender documents for the invitation of bids.
- Management of construction contracts.
- Supervision of construction sites and any other related duties assigned.
Required Qualifications
- University diploma or degree or equivalent qualification in Architecture
- Registration as a member of ETEK in the relevant field, in accordance with the relevant legislation
- To have strong administrative and organizational skills and be of an integral and responsible character, able to take initiative and exercise good judgment
- Very good knowledge of the Greek and English language
- Knowledge of the Autocad program
- Prior experience in a similar position
- EU Citizen or EU work permit holder
