Job Title: Chief Building Engineer
Location: Dallas, TX 75201
Duration: 6 Months (Possible extension or conversion)
Shift: M-F 8am - 5pm with possible on-call work after the initial training

Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:
- Candidate will be working in a 200,000 sq ft museum and 70,000 sq ft warehouse
Team Overview:
- there will be 4 building engineers under
Resource's typical working day:
- Manage PM work orders
- Manage reactive work orders in the CMMS
- Supervising and coordinating all maintenance activities
- Mechanical equipment
- Checking the daily log of daily needs
- Managing system failures
- Conducting routine activities
- Coordinating vendors
- Conducting quality control
Licenses/Certifications:
Must Have Skills:
- Very strong background in commercial HVAC and mechanical systems
- Residential experience will not be accepted
- Excellent documentation skills
Nice to have skills:
- Electrical licensing
- Boiler operator or stationary engineering license
- OSHA 10 or Safety certifications

Years of Experience:
- 10 years of experience as a building engineer or lead
Education
H.S. diploma or GED
