Key Responsibilities
- Prepare project schedules, baseline programs, and construction timelines.
- Monitor project progress for RCC, finishing, and MEP activities.
- Coordinate with site, procurement, billing, and consultant teams for project execution.
- Track daily/weekly progress and identify delays with recovery plans.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and project status reports for management.
- Ensure project completion as per planned timelines and budget.
- Review manpower, material, and machinery planning requirements.
- Conduct project planning using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
- Participate in project review meetings and maintain documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in residential real estate projects is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
- Hands-on experience in Primavera P6 and MS Excel.
- Understanding of RCC, finishing, and construction sequencing.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
