We are looking for a “Civil Engineer” be based in our Uzbekistan Project.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in civil engineering projects
- Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete works, infrastructure, and plant construction practices
- Extensive on-site management and supervision experience
- Proficient in EN, ACI, TS, and GOST standards
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and construction management tools
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and reporting skills
- Willingness to travel
- Advanced level of English (written and spoken)
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily on-site civil works within the power plant construction project
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams to ensure project progress
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, safety, and quality standards
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
- Ensure proper implementation of reinforced concrete works, heavy equipment foundations, infrastructure, and industrial structures
- Oversee the construction of key plant components such as turbine foundations, boiler structures, pipe racks, cable trenches, cooling systems, and auxiliary buildings
- Resolve technical and construction-related issues in coordination with the project management team
- Support QA/QC and HSE teams in achieving compliance with company and regulatory requirements
- Assist in planning and scheduling of civil works to align with overall project timelines
