Architect will be responsible for daily activities critical to the successful implementation of architectural and finishing works across a wide spectrum of projects. The role will involve meticulous review of designs and submittals, coordination with project stakeholders, preparation of technical documentation, and active engagement with clients, design and supervision te
ams.

Conduct daily reviews of architectural and finishing works' designs, shop drawings and material submittals, ensuring compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and regulatory guide - lines.Facilitate the coordination of project activities among various parties, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure alignment with project goals and time
- lines.Prepare and review technical correspondences, contract documentations, and project-related documentation to maintain clear and effective communication among project stakeho
- lders.Scrutinize project deliverables, such as drawings, specifications, and reports, to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to design i
- ntent.Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the client, maintaining regular communication, addressing concerns, and providing project updates to ensure client satisfa
- ction.Work closely with design offices to facilitate design modifications, resolve design-related issues, and ensure seamless integration of design changes into the pr

Requi
- rements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture is r
- equired.Experience in architectural project execution, coordination, and supe
- rvision.Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit,
- SketchUpStrong knowledge of sustainable design practices, building codes, and construction st
- andards.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal ab
- ilities.Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and a
- ccuracy.Proven experience in liaising with clients, governmental authorities, and design
- offices.Effective problem-solving skills and ability to make informed de
cisions.
