📍 Location: Jagatpura, Jaipur
🕒 Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
💰 Salary: Up to ₹50,000/month or More (Based on Experience & Portfolio)

About the Company
The company is a growing real estate and infrastructure development company based in Jaipur. The organization is currently expanding its architectural and project planning team and offers professionals the opportunity to be part of the foundation-building phase of a new office setup.
The selected candidate will work closely with leadership and contribute to residential, hospitality, and infrastructure-focused projects from concept development to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and construction documentation
- Develop project concepts, planning layouts, and design presentations
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits and provide design-related support during project execution
- Create detailed working drawings and technical documentation
- Assist in project planning, estimation, and coordination activities
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
Technical Skills Required
- AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- SketchUp (Mandatory)
- MS Office (Mandatory)
Preferred Skills
- 3DS Max
- Revit
- Architectural Visualization Tools
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Architecture
- Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- Strong portfolio showcasing completed projects
- Candidates currently based in Jaipur will be preferred
- Experience in Hospitality, Residential, Villas, Farmhouses, or Luxury Housing Projects will be highly preferred
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing, planning, and execution
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
