What You’ll Work On
Lead the design and development of high-rise residential towers, shopping malls, commercial buildings and mixed-use developments that shape the future skyline of Kerala.
Key Responsibilities
• Conceptualize and design large-scale developments
• Lead architectural planning and design reviews
• Ensure compliance with KMBR, NBC and statutory regulations
• Coordinate with structural, MEP and project teams
• Interact with clients, consultants and authorities
• Manage approvals and design submissions
• Guide junior architects and drafting teams

Qualification
• B.Arch
Experience
• 8+ Years in High-Rise Apartments, Commercial Buildings, Shopping Malls or Mixed-Use Developments
Software Skills
• AutoCAD
• Revit
• SketchUp
• Lumion
Preferred Candidate
Applicants with proven experience in high-rise apartment projects, commercial complexes, shopping malls and mixed developments will be given preference.
