Your Role
We are looking for a talented, experienced designer or architect to join our team. Architects/designers are fully integrated into project teams from conceptual design through construction administration. Designers are expected to exhibit confidence and a strong collaborative attitude. Flexibility, initiative, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude are important qualities we look for. Candidates must exhibit a strong graphic sensibility, and the ability to coordinate with internal and external parties.
Qualifications:
- Education: Professional degree in architecture
- Experience: 3 or more years of related work experience
- Licensure: Preferred but not required
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to develop conceptual designs into detailed documents that support the design.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and preference for experience with Enscape.
- Certification, or interest in certification, in LEED or WELL.
- Experience (work experience, degree, or certificate) with historic preservation, urban planning, or sustainability is a bonus.
