Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Nagpur. The Architect will be responsible for developing concept designs, preparing detailed architectural drawings, and producing documentation for planning approvals and construction. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients to understand requirements, refining design options, and integrating structural, MEP, and other consultant inputs into cohesive project plans. The role involves site visits to review progress, verify compliance with drawings and specifications, and address design-related issues with contractors and project teams. The Architect will also support project management activities such as tracking design milestones, preparing reports, and contributing to presentations and proposals.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate client requirements into functional and visually coherent concepts.
- Experience with Integration of design inputs from multiple disciplines (e.g., structural, services) into coordinated architectural solutions.
- Exposure to Software Development or digital tools for design workflows (e.g., BIM, computational design, automation) is an advantage.
- Project Management skills to organize tasks, manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and support delivery of projects within scope and budget.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional registration or eligibility is preferred.
- Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, codes, and regulations, with attention to detail and quality standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, consultants, and site teams.
- Willingness to work on-site in Nagpur, conduct regular site visits, and adapt to project needs and timelines.
